The bigger availability of products in all shops (online and traditional ones) often causes that the client doesn’t know what decision to make. The bigger choice you give to the client, the more difficult decision he has to make. In this case, the easiest solution to the client is to give up making decision (put it off). That is why abandoning shopping carts is so popular in e-shops. Setting a shopping process in your e-shop, always remember about your clients. Sometimes one mistake in the process may cause big, financial consequences at the end of the month.
